ロット（本数）はどれくらいから製造できますか。
⇒容器や印刷のことを考えると経済ロットは3,000ですが、1,000からご対応させていただきます。
発注後納品までどれくらいかかりますか。
⇒製品によっても異なりますが、容器の手配や印刷、原料の手配もありますので、60日以上かかります。
尚、処方、容器を決定する開発期間は、別途必要です。
試作品製作の費用はかかりますか。
⇒基本的には無償で対応させていただいておりますが、原料が高価な場合や数量が多くなる場合は費用が発生することがございます。
支給原料、支給容器は対応が可能でしょうか。
⇒対応できる場合とできない場合がございますので、ご相談ください。
海外への納品は可能ですか。
⇒基本的には国内納品対応とさせていただいております。
PL保険に加入してますか。
⇒加入しています。

How many lots can be manufactured?
⇒Considering containers and printing, the economic lot is 3,000, but we will support from 1,000.
How long does it take to deliver after ordering?
⇒Although it depends on the product, it will take more than 60 days because we can arrange containers, printing, and raw materials.
Note that a development period for determining the prescription and container is required separately.
Does it cost to make a prototype?
⇒Basically, we support free of charge, but if raw materials are expensive or the quantity is large, costs may be incurred.
Is it possible to support the supplied materials and containers?
⇒Please contact us as we may or may not be able to handle it.
Is it possible to deliver overseas?
⇒Basically, we support domestic delivery.
